By accessing or using WLS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

WLS is a life operating system platform designed to help you build an intentional life through integrated modules including identity development, goal setting, habit tracking, routine building, and life balance assessment. The Service may include AI-powered features to assist with your personal development journey.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into the Service ("User Content"), including your identity statements, goals, habits, and journal entries.

License Grant: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by WLS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. AI Features

The Service may include AI-powered features. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. You acknowledge that AI outputs may not always be accurate and should be verified independently. You retain responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Service is not intended to replace professional advice from qualified professionals in areas such as mental health, medicine, law, or finance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WLS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WLS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
